• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 2 days’ notice before your scheduled service date.

3. Weather Policy:

• Weather conditions may affect our ability to perform certain services. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

4. Service Guarantee:

• We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us immediately, and we will work to address the issue.

5. Vehicle Condition:

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle before the service begins. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

6. Liability:

• While we take the utmost care with your vehicle, we are not responsible for any damage resulting from unavoidable external factors, such as adverse weather conditions or structural vulnerabilities in your vehicle.

7. Booking Confirmation:

• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us, which will include the appointment time and details of your service.
